I have a 18.5 inch biacromial width and 21.5 - 22 inch untrained bidelt width so could it be possible for me to gain another inch and a half?

My hips are 13.5 inches across measured in same way as bideltoid (sliding door method)… that gives a ratio of 1.52.

I doubt our frames actually looked similar

If we're a similar height and my biachromial isn't even 16" then I'd need 4.75" of pure muscle outwards on my shoulders which is basically impossible and you don't look like you have anywhere near that amount

My biacromial is 16.5 inches.
It’s not just shoulder muscle thickness, the lats also contribute to width by rotating your shoulders forward in the “resting” position.
