its 5'10-5'10.5 for white countries like the uk, us and canada tho. i dont trust the accuracy of those studies tho. how are chinese people 176cm on average when i see them irl and they are shorter than that? i saw an official study done on american millennials (same as height as zoomers lets be real) and it was 5'10.25. sample size was pretty large so id trust it. idk about the uk tho but id guess theyre similar height as theyre genetically very similar (less german, italian and scandinavian ancestry)

and it should be accurate considering the ranges between the two are very little and its closer to the upper end than lower and the mean is like the in between value that is probably the average, but its in between those two values and this is australia
