I am from austria so neigbhour country and i can say to you, avg height is not 190cm.
If your are 190cm here you belong to the top 5% of guys. Only rarely see those. Most dudes i know are arround 175-180.
However i do notice that there is also a big group of guys that are specifically between 183-185. Sadly i also know many manlets like myself that are between 165-170. Strangely i dont know any guys between 170 and 175
