As expected tuva and east caucasian groups pull down the average by alot. My speculation was correct that average Russian iq and belarussian iq is basically the same (highest in Europe apparently? Maybe after Finland afaik) I'd like to see this broken down even more to ethnic groups but it's unnecessary as all the highest iq regions are close to 100% russian or are big centres for high iq people (moscow) I'd like to see Moscow's iq broken down by ethnic cgroup tho as there is alot of tajiks and people from the low iq regions.
