Average job at 18(19-25) or CS ( after grinding) at 24-35 Years old

Average job but doing graduation along it. Or grinding for CS till 24.
Doing Average job will let me ascend. But I have to settle for life.
Because the option of CS wouldn't be there if I do graduation with it.

Grind my 20s. At 24-25 I Will get a CS degree and get some above average LAY if I work for 2-3 years after 26-27.

I might be able to save for surgies
Will it be worth for grinding for that.
If I ascend.

You should be able to get any reasonable surgery in under two years on minimum wage if you really grind hard (work two jobs maybe) and cut your expenses to nothing. After that you can relax a bit.

Med school is 5-10+ years. The stress might age me, also the stress they give is overwhelming to the extent that I might not survive there 1 week. There is a good chance i might get someone somehow (pretty average).

Yeah. The thing is 1 have to do it next year and they give job applications to those with better CGPA. My city has less competition. Lock in and get the job.
But it's just that I can do that job ( though boring but 45-55/ week ) but after 25 , I will not have much prospects to Change my career.
That's what's making me Confused.

real estate is surprisingly easy to get into, i recommend looking into local classes. Pretty sure you can become a licensed realtor by 20 if you put in the work

I am non nt. I avoid people. I don't think it's for me.
The job i would get is mostly paper work. Boring but also time consuming but it's equal to 2 jobs in one pay
