Keto is only doable for a small amount of time. If you keto/carnivore for more than a weeks your hormones will become a mess.
You have to cycle carbs back in to be in good health. But for leanmaxxing, it’s gold.

I'm trying to go very low carb diet without entering ketosis. With regular fasting. Would you say this is ideal? Carbs are super addictive, bread, pasta, etc. they're all hard to drop. It's so easy to make some tuna pasta with cream or boil some stuffed pasta.

The Ideal would be to go in ketosis for 4-6 weeks and then slowly reintroduce complex carbs like fruits, veggies and beans up to 100g then repeat the cycle.

Interesting. Where did you research this? Nutrition is a very complicated subject. I'm reading a lot of papers and there's lots of information that sometimes is very contradictory.

I take my research everywhere. I learned about almost every other diet and it’s advantages. There is no one best diet. The best diet you can have is what your ancestors have been eating all that time. People like to pick and choose sides because of their biases. Most diets are dog shit or will fuck you up long term. The best you can eat is a balanced diet with mostly proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs. All the rest is just mental masturbation by people that know shiit about what they are talking about. Like saying vegan is healthy… carnivore is the best diet ever… shit like that.

The others are either bodybuilders (extreme aging) or old enough that the anti nutrient that they’ve consumed over 40+ years have taken a serious toll.

Our natural diet has every single nutrient, the nutrients it’s low in (vitamin C for example) are not needed in the quantities that we’re told that we need them in, for example, there is not a single example of scurvy in people who consume their natural diets, in fact, sugar cancels our vitamin C to a very large degree, so if you do eat a standard, dog biscuit tier diet, you will need to supplement or eat a large amount of vitamin C dense foods.
Vegan diets are missing over 15 different essential nutrients…
Continue to age like the standard normie though, subhumans were never even meant to learn about this stuff anyway, stay in your lanes.
