yes ht can deliever excellent results for people up to norwood 3, norwood 4 is a bit challenging and after that it gets really difficult

normally guys witt norwood 5 and up dont have full coverage even after multiple transplants, the crown will be thin or complete bald

results like dr zarevs results are not the norm and cant be replicated on many. dr zarev will reject you if you dont have around 10.000 donor follicles with coarse haircharacteristics (average donor has 6.000 hairs)

Not a bad job for just 3200 grafts, actually. That's realistically the most coverage he could've gotten for that amount and not to look TOO fake where everyone can see he had a transplant. Will probably need 2 or 3 more transplants to improve temple point connections and density.
