my advice for u is that genetics play a huge role. I try not to criticize other guys because their physique is not representative of how hard they work. That guy is likely natural. David laid never trained abs, I have a black friend with ripped 18.5 in arms and all he does is diamond pushups and chinups for them. Even response to gear is genetic.
