my advice for u is that genetics play a huge role. I try not to criticize other guys because their physique is not representative of how hard they work. That guy is likely natural. David laid never trained abs, I have a black friend with ripped 18.5 in arms and all he does is diamond pushups and chinups for them. Even response to gear is genetic. Why make fun of someone or glaze them when they have soemthing they didnt work for. Keep it up bhai, fix ur training stop jacking off, eat well and youll grow.

Damn I wish this was the case everyone in my gym mogs me. Some kids younger than me out lift me and look better than me but just started and work half as hard
Its not the gym, to be blunt ur just small. I go to a small gym and theres freshman in HS curling 40s. I get mogged too

I wouldnt do that. U have no base of muscle, u relaize the more muslce u have the more AR you have if u have no ARs to begin with youll respond horribly to gear and get mad sides. I had a decent starting size of muscle and got 0 sides. Build ur base be patient.

That’s not how it works at all and gear, especially Tren in particular creates new androgen receptors.

Get ur levels checked I bet ur atleast 600. I thought I was hypogonadal cause I was small and had a 920 ng/dl test. that was also tested at noon (past peak.) id listen to guys on meso as they actually have exp. I dint have as much as them but still know some. Id bet u orc or bolivian would tell u the same. Id bet ur training right, eating well, and hitting ur cape or whatever.

There is no way you look like this after years of training if we put in count just above average diet and above average intensity (as in basic gym)

17-20 especially you'll get a lot stronger if you keep bulking

Hop of the sarms and dnp. Train natty for a year get your diet good

Then run test 200 mg starting cycle . Do the normal pct.

Test is better then all this sarm stuff . Don't be afraid to inject

Diffrent types of lifting I wasn’t over training, some was standard body building shit and some Olympic lifting which is a more focus of form not strength/muscle building so I’m not doing high reps or anything
