I've heard that the same way 5'7-5'8 is the cutoff point for being mocked for your height / for tv shows to make fun of a character that short here in the UK (and the US), the cutoff point in the Netherlands for this treatment is only 180cm? (which works out to 5'11)? Is that true?

I could see 180cm as being average elsewhere but here in the UK it stands at 178cm.

It fits in perfectly with the statistics too at my college and from what I've seen.
