Avoid any and all dopamine early in your day, no social media, no gooning, no video games, not even intense sunlight exposure. It completely cooks your baseline for the rest of the day. The key to a good day is increasing your dopamine response as the day goes on. It might sound weird but I’ve personally tried it and it works for me.
