Avoid any and all dopamine early in your day, no social media, no gooning, no video games, not even intense sunlight exposure. It completely cooks your baseline for the rest of the day. The key to a good day is increasing your dopamine response as the day goes on. It might sound weird but I’ve personally tried it and it works for me.

Working out early in the morning is different btw

If you’re roidmaxing this doesn’t apply to you but I’d imagine you’d still get some benefit

This is actually a real thing but at some point people are gonna get bored of watching their phone too much and your brain makes it a part of your normal life meaning no dopamine gain out of it but still there's alot more stuff you can do

Also after meditation you are clean

just eat so much nutrients so you have insane amounts of neurotransmitters. jfl at avoiding sunlight

I didn’t say avoid, just don’t lay out in the sun for a long time right after waking up
