meat, animal products, rice, and fruit

I'm lean 24/7/365 without even trying and never feeling hungry

olive oil is monounsaturated fat so its theoretically healthy but any olive oil from any supermarket or online is guaranteed to be watered down with sunflower oil, a polyunsaturated fat, i eat olive oil myself because it comes from my familys farm in algeria, wouldnt eat any other olive oil unless you know where its from

High PUFA oils are the healthiest substitute for SFAs in high SFA diets. Yes this means PUFAs are the GOAT healthiest food of all time. I would call it the "healthiest food"

High MUFA oils like olive and canola are *likely* healthier than high PUFA seed oils as a *fat source* in low total SFA diets

You can test PUFA oil inflamation yourself by drinking 1/2 cup of any high PUFA oil, you will "feel" no inflammation. You can even let it *go rancid*. Nothing will happen. If you can, ofc test whatever biomarkers.
I regularly consume raw light-degraded rancid PUFA oils in my veggie-carrot juice for fat soluble vitamin absorption.

Food that sources from beings that are taxonomically closer to you is better. A ruminant, like beef’s lard will always have a much closer nutritional profile to your own human tissue than a plant derived oil

that would wreac havoc on my body so badly i cant even comprehend what will happen , pufa oils are oxidants , due to the molecular chains being really long they are unstable and fragment causing oxidative damage , vitamin E is an antioxidant so does the opposite of this and you only get a small amount of this, its like drinking a cup of negative vitamin E , also ray peat did an experiment where he fed one group of rabbits corn oil and the other coconut oil , then ezposwd them to ultraviolet radiation , the corn oil group got sunburnt wrinkly skin , the coconut oil group nothing happened, people have reported that after stopping pufa consumptiom they dont get any sunburns

Iam telling you that I drink PUFA oils with no signs of inflammation or "oxidative stress". Anyoones free to consume PUFA oils and test the sun burn theory on themselves.
