i was reading how to be hermit , but page mention i might have avoidant personality disorder if i want be hermit . this is disturbing , ive never had close friend in my life . ive never been close to my family , i never talk to them . i am not necessarily social anxiety btw .

this is disturbing cuz if i have disorder , something wrong with me . i dont know why , i feel very scared now

Same. Drugs definitely help but are ultimately a cope, they can’t undo a decade+ of formative experiences. I still do not like socializing just for its own sake but I no longer get panic attacks at text messages

panic attacks are brutal , they are occasional for me . however , they are not always due to social reasons ,and paranoia of conspiracies is often cause , or rumination
