Avoiding acne and hair loss while on test-e?

going on test E soon, but my biggest concern is hair loss and acne. I have thick hair and don't have a history of baldness in my family, but I had really bad acne and had to take Accutane a couple years ago. What is the best way to minimize these side effects?

Thanks for the helpful info! What is a moderate dose? I was planning on doing 500mg of test weekly as ive read that its easier to crash your estrogen levels at 250mg/ week. Is my dose too high?

yes, start at 280-350. wdym crash your estrogen? are you already planning on taking an ai?

Yes, on week 2-3, I was gonna start taking ai at a low dose then slowly increasing it over my 15 week cycle.

Dutasteride and accutane is the best, if youre already using test it shouldnt be a problem to get both of them
