Avoiding bloat on cycle

What levels do you start to see bloat on with test? What other compounds are bad (Tren E had the worst face bloat for me)? I refuse to pin more than twice a week (might as well just do heroin if im gonna buy so many needles).
How did you personally stop bloat?

Don't want to take dustasteride because it kills your dick, and AIs have their own issues.

I mean its the estrogen that bloates, absolutely water max to thin your blood + decrease bloat, but since its the estrogen the only way of decreasing bloat is by decreasing estrogen so if you don’t want to do an ai try eq and/or masterone though eq is more effective

Everyone has a different marker. Some bloat at trt doses, some can run up to 1g and have minimal water retention.
Test will cause water retention to some degree anyway, and its not e2 driven but minerals and other pathaways.

Eplerenone daily, amilloride 2-3 a week if you really want it that bad
