So previously, I thought I needed double jaw surgery; it could provide some benefit, but I think a more reasonable approach would be rhinoplasty to improve the appearance of midface projection, along with jaw angle implants, peek or titanium.
My plan would be to add rib cartilage to the nasal tip and bridge. I would also get infraorbital and paranasal implants, along with a small amount of filler. I am also roiding at 17, so it will be interesting to see whether any noticeable skeletal changes occur over the next two years. and fat grafting around the eyes.
Thoughts, realistic? Can I get botched?
