Avoiding / minimizing tret purge?

Starting to use tret when I get back from the beach in about a week to avoid sun damage, is there any way to avoid that shit purge from it?
I am starting on 0.025%.

Only if you get worse will you get results. Nothing in life is guaranteed to be 100% good with no effort

There’s no point in moisturising before applying retinol and sunscreen won’t do anything

Retinol needs the face to be dry before applying it, so if you moisturise and you wait till it’s dry it’s the same thing at the end
