Avoiding sugar in fruit, Yes or no?

ppl here when someone wants to go on a sugar free diet they should stop eating fruits aswell cause sugar is bad for acne and everything and inflammatory makes ur face more bloated but its not the same sugar is it? i was never a fan of not eating fruits and i think it's pointless to throw fruit out of your diet no?

When they mean bad sugars they mean process at the end of the day they both turn into gluecose but the thing with process since there is so many chemicals fighting to fuck up your gut health and health. Process = lower test

Yes overlyprocessed sugar should be avoided but not fucking fruit what retard thought of that

I've not seen anyone here discourage eating fruits. In fact, I see the opposite. Most people here seem to agree fruits are important for controlling bloating even, like bananas with their potassium.

I've seen atleast like 3 people say that and it seemed stupid so thats why i made this thread

How do you have 5k posts still talking some dumbass shit about bananas :lul:

A banana provides 9% of your daily potassium need while it has like 30g of carbs which is 50% of ur daily intake if ur on low carb and everybody with an iq above 12 knows carbs bloat you

stuffing yourself with bananas will do just the opposite

Sugar in fruit is not the same as eating a pop tart. First of all there’s way less sugar in a piece of fruit than they pack into processed food. Secondly, apples/oranges etc have the sugar “trapped” inside a network of fiber which takes your stomach longer to break down so your blood sugar doesn’t spike so quickly
