Awful assymetrical eye area region

i have assymetrical under eye bags, aeygo sal when smiling. Can you relate to this shit ? if yes, i understand your concern. I don't know any surgery to fix this bullshit, only lefort 3 probably

Haven't seen anyone there with this problem. I am ready for bone reshaping surgeries around the eyes (if there are any)

There is plenty surgery to fix that. I never really bothered a lot with eye surgery stuff since IMO it’s not that important as this forum says but I know there is tons of options on how to fix that. But IMO a total waste of money. Something with filler or orbital implants. Not sure, but cheap and permanent solutions are there

well, that's probably bc you have perfectly symmetrical under eye region as 99.9% users here.
Look at this guy, i think it's very noticeable

Looks like he fixed his uneven jaw, but under eyes remain the same. I'M really curious if there is anything can be done, like bone reshaping surgery (i guess it's bone problem because abnormal development of the face).

There 100% is surgery to fix under eye boyo. I don’t know the name but just google orbtitals and under eye fillers. Or just google „Taban eye surgery“. I bet you can find cases which similar problems. But yeah I don’t think it’s useful. I have fairly asymmetric eyes myself but I don’t mind it at all
