Yesterday I was trying to be normie and went to the pub with some coursemates on field trip
I don't really drink though so only had 1 pint like 2 hours earlier
There was 5 of us on a table and at one point they all left to go the bar, so I was left alone. Some girl on my course on another table is like "aww he's been left alone" (fuck off), and she comes and sits next to me.
"How are you? They all left you"
"I'm good, nah it's fine"
"Why aren't you drinking?"
"I had two kopparbergs earlier" I lied
"They're really sweet... I had some thatchers orange yesterday" (or some shit)
I nodded and there was like a 5 second silence before I retardedly filled it with "yeah I've never had that". At this point she laughed at me in a 'this is so awkward' way and put her head on the table. Then someone came back to my table and she left
It's hard to describe but it was painfully awkward and I came across as aspie, but not my fault she came over pretending to feel sorry for me
