Nope!
Axolotls mog humans genetically to fucking suicide.
Also lobsters don't biologically degrade like we do, they can easily live to 100 despite being tiny animals (size matters a lot when it comes to lifespan) and they're only cut short because it gets increasingly hard to molt as they get larger.
But imagine using gene editing to get genes responsible for these creature's lifespan and genetic robustness and giving it to yourselves.
also sometimes kids regrow tips of their fingers, I'm guessing it gets more easy the younger they are. Someone here should cut a baby's finger off and see if they regenerate. That basically means humans could prolly easily turn on our own regenerative mechanism

All this means we could live to 500 and look like 18 year olds for most of it.
