Ayahuasca was okay

2 days ago I did ayahuasca in peru and to be honest i was really excited to hallucinate and maybe change how I think but all that really happened is my voice felt like it was using a voice changer and shit got a bit distorted and I felt pretty fuzzy for like 3 hours,

but other than that my mentality didn't change one bit, I dont know I guess maybe im locked in on my mindset and nothing can change me which is kinda cool.

Anyway I guess I didn't deserve a crazy experience since I didn't do much research and just wanted to see batman fly through the window or something crazy, ill probably do shrooms next or any recommendations that will make me trip

ive never done ayahuasca, but drugs in general require chill environments to fully enjoy.

Personally I don't even like tripping with friends, it's already giving me barriers mentally to be around people.
When I am alone, I can truly let go and just follow where my drug-induced mind brings me.

I did it at the place I brought it from they gave me a bed in room with other people on ayahuasca, I definitely wasn't acting optimal, since I was just looking around waiting for something to happen, also their was a big light/mirror shaped like a pussy that was annoying cause it was on the entire time

sounds like a difficult vibe. So ur doing ayahuasca with other tourist first-timers in some sort of forced-environment? Sounds shitty tbh.

'waiting for something to happen' isn't a great vibe to start drugs on either. Drugs are a mood-enhancer, u can't rely on it to create ur mood. You have to create a mood yourself, like 'I am going to listen to these songs, watch this movie, walk in this forest, etc.' here you already have a created mood and then drugs can enhance this.

If ur idea is: 'I am going to sit still untill the drugs create soemthing cool' then ur gonna be dissapointed.
