AYE YO I FINALLY FOUND OUT WHAT MADE ME A SUB5

It's my messed e-plane, i might have an overbite I'm not sure and my lips are hella big, i also have kinda upturned nose and my chin isn't very projected either these flaws make my e-plane absolutely cooked it makes my maxilla seem overdeveloped and my side profile looks like a horse. There anything i can do to fix my e-plane except lip reduction, genio or rhino?
