azelaic acid strength diff

so im on tret for my PIE, i got recommended to also combine it with azelaic acid. I have two options either OTC 10% strength, or getting it prescribed 15% which would cost me 10 euro just for the doctor visit and its a 50 50 they run away with my money and say no.

id obvious pay it if 15% is substantially more effective than 10%, what do u guys think? OR I could just stay on tret and trust the process but my PIE has been persisant for about a year now.

yea I ended up ordering it, hopefully its still 15% even tho its labled as cosmetic
