Azelaic acid whilst on low dose isotret?

Has anybody tried this or even just azelaic acid in general for PIE.

My skin is good of course since I'm on isotret but I cba to wait till I'm off it to start treating these scars.

My skin is pretty tolerable and I don't really have that much dryness/irritation
