does it matter if it's gel cream or serum?
I've only found it over the counter as a serum at 10% and from other threads on here they only talk about gel or cream(probably because research was mostly done on these)

15% gel is stronger and is prescription only, you can find 10% creams over the counter tho.

You’d prolly see better results with the 15% gel but the 10% cream should still do its job, just doesnt absorb as good
