I use mine two times a day but it depends, start of low

Alr Ima do once a day when I apply beef tallow too I have 10% acid

Yea definetly I use a zinc oxide infused one with im getting treitonin soon just dont use cleansers. All you need is tallow + azelaic acid + treitonin/adapalene
