what percentage of azelaic acid i should buy like 15 or 20% if my goal to fix my dark under eye that was caused due to pigmentation ig, i will use it with tretinoin

Derma recommendation is 15% but I started at 20% so yea you also start at 20%

for hypermigmentation or pih try vit c serum.

even though i think its anatomic structure of ur eye bag.
