So I was debating a user who left this on my skin thread...
Read the whole argument here -> https://looksmax.org/threads/skin-looksmaxxing-guide-how-to-achieve-perfect-skin.512254/post-8722023
I thought he had something to say about my skin guide that would correct my guide but this is what he had to say...
He then proceeds to cover the gut (which I already talked about extensively in my guide) as if I didn't know this already.
Then proceeds to tell me diet is one size fits all (everyone's bodies are different and that disproves that, some people can't drink milk, some people are allergic to peanuts, some people gain weight quicker, some people can't process spicy food well, some people can't process citrus food well, and everyone's gut is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT)
Then he starts recommending a raw vegan diet. No shadow on him since he provided that he had protein in his diet.
So it's kind of all good from here, right?
Then here is where he shows his herbalist conspiratardism...
He claims that allergies are caused by diet, even though allergies are 100% genetic due to the immune system not having the adequate resources to tackle problems, such as a milk allergy. Lactose intolerance is when your body doesn't produce lactase (a gene that you either have or do not have) to break down lactose.
His second argument was that we had perfect health and looks before the American and European Diet (so before the mid-1800s)
None of them had perfect looks. But they existed before the diets he claims to destroy perfect looks.
Then he proceeds to say that disease didn't exist before these diets
The mere existence of the black plague says otherwise.
Then proceeds to say Aztecs were killed by the Illuminati and other "secret populations", and not mainly Spanish diseases they had no immunity for
Again, my comment also applies to processed foods as they also came into fruition around the same time as plastics...
His argument that humans had perfect health would mean...
I know these kinds of people pretty well. They're PhDs in Facebook Misinformation Medicine and Third World WhatsApp Conspiracy Science.
Of course, there is some truth in what he said (specifically the sunscreen consideration part) but geez...

His argument that humans had perfect health would mean...
- People back then were ALL Chads and Stacies, clearly not true.
- Hypergamy wouldn't exist since there's no point in genetic and phenotypical discrimination, as everyone's looks would be equal
- We wouldn't have an immune system (why have it if you don't need immunity?) The fact that we do and we don't all have bubble boy syndrome disproves this
- Enforced monogamy (dating communism) wouldn't have existed before the 1800s since everyone would have a perfect partner.
