i was like why tf are my nails growing so much faster?

cuz i was deficient in b12 started popping 6000 mcg daily and shits been growing like crazyyyyyyy

also means my hair is prolly growing faster, skin looking better etc.

i dont pay attention my hair grows fast asf anyway so cant tell
