I haven’t really seen a good thread on the baby fat you can’t seem to lose in your face so I made this with 5 minutes of research with AI.
The so called babyfat you have in your teenage years due to hormones are located in 3 main areas. The first and most common place is the cheeks (just under the zygomatic bone) also called buccal fat, then the chin and jawline and the last one being under the eyes. The disappearance of this fat usually happens around the age of 20-25 due to testosterone being the highest but it could stay longer. Don’t be worried if you can’t lose this while on a diet since I said it’s mostly controlled by the testosterone and other hormonal changes.
Again all this was told to me by AI but I made the conclusions aswell as the writing, take it with a grain of salt and do your own research if something is unclear.
