Welp, my mother has it in her 50s just like I do in my 20s.
Looks horrific, acne scars and acne is the only thing keeping me from looking good and 50% of the reason i feel down daily, not even the aesthetic reason only but also the pain i have everyday from it even when just moving sometimes, blood stained t-shirts and bed sheets etc.

mix apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle with water 20/80, spray on your back in the shower and use a scrubber on your back, should help
