Back Acnee

Im 16 and i have acnee on my back and chest. I have it since i was 13 i think. The only time it dissapeared it was when i was for a week or so at the beach and i wash swimming in the ocean everyday and staying in the sun, but when i returned home it instantly came back. I think it dissapeared bcs of the sea salt and the sun exposure.
Does anyone have a solution for getting rid of back and chest acnee? cus the closest beach to me is like 9 hours drive. Sorry for bad english it isnt my first languace.

scrub your back while showering and same for chest, apply a cleanser, tretinoin, good diet,.. answers remain the same.

nah i only have some pimples but not like red acnee or smth

high concentration salicylic acid
