At your age all I'd recommend is to eat properly, get your carbs and protein in, stay at a small deficit if you ever want to lose fat but don't starve yourself, that'll mess you up long term

bro your 13 just lock in AND SLEEP bro get enough sleep and eat healthy stop worrying about your looks puberty JUST started for you give it 2 years and your gonna look so much diff.
