So.... here's my side profile completely unfrauded.
What I think are my biggest flaws:
1) very deep eyebags due to round orbits. Solution= infraorbital implants
2) ANS possibly subhuman. it prevents half of my incisors from showing when I smile. Solution= Rhino?? some kind of rotation?? shaving the ANS completely? I have no clue. Could the ANS maybe be lifted with a CCW rotation, lifting the nose as well?
3) lack of ramus height. I saw that truecel once said that if you have no ramus at all then Jaw implants will look like shit. In your guys' opinions, do i have a little bit of a good base to do jaw implants?
4) general maxilla and jaw recession. Solution: lefort 1+ BSSO
5) chin recession and lack of height. solution: genioplasty to give height and forward growth
6) UEE. Solution= quite an easy fix with fat grafting I guess
7) big philtrum. Solution: lif lift (to do of course after the trimax, to increse even more the ratio with the chin.
from the front I have 2 very ugly protruding zygomatic arches (left one being much bigger than right one) for which i think i will need a reductive malaroplasty before putting eventually zygomatic implants.
Guys help a fellow user out, what could be done, what is it realistic for me to expect. I'm not larping when i say I will get trimax, I just want to know what's possible.
