I keep hurting my back. Is there anything you guys think I should do to help it recover before Monday? And no it isn't from improper form at gym it's because I have bad sacroiliac joints

Backpain is a hard one. Take a OTC pain reliever. Don't take prescription.

U sleep unevenly nibba? For bigger guys the uneven body causes the effects to be multiplied somewhat cuz of more muscle so that leads to more potential for injury or pain.

I think I just sit weird when I'm studying. It's in the lowest part of my back. Sacral region right in the center
 
Most of the time it's not the sacroiliac joint itself that causes the pain, but the muscles and fascia around it. You have to release the tension in the muscles around your joint to get rid of it.

U working out ur lower back as well? Cuz a weak lower back can lead to what your feeling rn

It will hurt but it should get better with time.

Sleeping on a foam mattress is the worst thing you can do at this point imo

Update: still injured but less so. I need to work on flexibility in lower back and legs to prevent further injury
 
Rip ur becoming paralyzed i estimate 2 years left of slaying before u in wheelchair
