wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. and its all through pc and laptop usage u destroy your back, its such shit man, i was forced to stop using my laptop since the pain got dramatically worse

Back pain is maybe the most brutal pain there is. Mog abdominal or headaches. Thank god my back is good. I had like 2 times of back pain from the gym I wanted to rope so bad.
