back sleeping for symmetry is that cope or not?

I’ve heard a lot about sleeping on your back or different side for face symmetry i am really interested in ts bc i am suffering trying to sleep on my other side or back and don’t see any results i’ve been doing it for 2 months

Sleeping on your back on a hard surface (even if you're only touching it through a layer) is not cope, it's healthy.
