I’ve been sleeping on my back for a while since I’ve heard it fixes asymmetries and improves sleep but I was wondering if it’s just cope. That and mouth tape, I doubt there’s actually any results with mouth tape but I’ve purchased some.

I don't think it's cope, but it will take a while to notice benefits

Sleeping on back
Pros:
- Prevents wrinkles if you're still young.
- Prevents skin care products from rubbing off

Cons:
- you are much more likely to mouth breathe.

You can use mouth tape, but it will probably lengthen your philtrum over time and worsen the skin around your mouth.

I'm not sure what is fully optimal

It’s not cope but the effects are significantly over exaggerated
