I 'healthy' lost like 7kg since January [to July?] but it was a painful ordeal.
Im one month on Ritalin, and I lost appetite completely + boosted metabolism.
Recently I forgot about the gym, just ate pizza + smoke cigs, CLUBBING/bars and still lost ton of weight, like 3x faster on bullshit diet than restricted 'planned' lol

But I think Ill don't want to die in the near future so maybe ill return to gym and pull some big-assed mtb there... Muscles don't mean shit anyway, but my face is leaner and they already start to eye-fuck, have a good day fellow Chads

I was overconfident that few times.
