when focusing on building a big frame, do you mainly focus on the upper back? for training back
 
upper back width is main part of frame
 
yes but focus on your lower back and abs if you have a shit hip width

do you have any good frame training plans like a workout plan
not much point in a plan, just look up exercises for the muscle you want to hit and do them.
