I know this is not a new concept by any means (backfilling) and fairly common practice these days but as someone who's new to pinning oil I'm being giga OD about sterile concerns. Anybody here that's been backfilling insulin pins for a while can confirm its perfectly ok and sterile enough practice to do please? again I know I'm just being giga aspie about this sorry is just how I get when I'm new to something.

I was gonna go the empty syringe universal Luer Lock just switch needles route but I saw that the non hypodermic grade needles that get sold on amazon labeled as "non-medical, lab use, research'' or whatever sometimes can come kinda dull out the wrap so it made me double think cuz the absolute last thing I wanna do is pin myself with a dull needle on a lazy day that I forget to double check needle sharpness since ill be pinning every day.

thanksssss
