Is wearing a backpack good or bad for lifts? Backpack gives you weight pulling you backwards, putting stress on your back, not ideal for posture usually. Wondering if I should ditch my backpack to the ideal lift-wearing experience

What should if I do if my lower back just hurts after sitting? If I don't sit in a very specific position my lower back will compress, hurt, feels sore, etc. but I feel fine standing up and walking around or lying down
