Sleeping on the other side isnt going to magically fix your symmetry, and neither will back sleeping. Back sleeping will also not increase bidelt, it can simply improve posture, causinh your bidelt to reach full potential. Besides, acting like symmetry even matters is old news, save serious cases and/or deformation in the facial bone structure.

agreed, the biggest fix to my asymmetry was fixing muscle imbalance

yea asymmetry doesn't really come from that, lots of it its beacuse of chewing if we are not talking about major asymmetry

sleeping in a chintuck with no pillow allows me to wake up with my back third touching the soft palate. i'm able to survive off of less sleep than before.
