It changed my life tbh I heard about it here for months but could never actually do it because it was torture until I took some melatonin now everyone compliments my symmetrical eyes I can't do it nomore fully tho because my head is too pushed forward so i only sleep on my back half the night im living the normie life now and its amazing some girls get turned off bc I know I look good
