Recently got pilled on the immense harm alc has to health, but without it I often struggle to maintain interest in a person.
Im not high inhib, but wouldnt describe myself as a necessarily extraverted person. So basically alc has been sort of carrying the most important moments of my social life, otherwise i would probs be wayy to inconsistent with my relationships and friendships
Anyone has any experience using backlofen specifically as a substitute for alc? Or even for low inhib generally? Whats the difference in reception, any substantial advantages or maybe side effects?
