Does it bother you and how important is having a clean back?

I've got a horrible bacne for several years now with lots of scarring. Never thought about taking care of it since face > everything else.

I got prescribed a sulfur wash for my back and I use it daily. I don't see any new bacne popping but I'm not sure if the scars are fading. Idgaf at this point since the scars are pretty old and the skin is smooth and it doesn't really catch the eye.
