For a while I was barely getting any animal fat in my diet, as a result my skin was dry af and I had dark under eye skin 
After 2 days and a couple packs of bacon my skin is back to normal and I'm full of energy
red, fatty meat is literally the healthiest stuff you can eat
do any older gen z's remember in the 2000's when soyentists claimed red meat was unhealthy, and cooking in animal fat was bad for you
also jfl at muslims who cant eat bacon
