How can i fix this ive been trying genuinely everything and nothing helps. It gets better for a few days and blow out again

isotret might be the solution if u didnt find anything that helped u and u accept the side effects

Stop coping get on accutane immediately literal miracle drug. After its has cleared your skin (3+ months unfortunately) look into a tca cross or less invasive resurfacing procedures

Get on accutane then I would recomend co2 lasering or similiar for the scars. It can be relatively expensive tho

Accutane will save u I think 10-15mg would be best
