Bad acne from bonesmashing

Ive been bonesmashing for a few months mainly on my zygo and gonions, for my zygos i use a hammer but around 2 months into smashing daily i started getting disgusting acne on my zygos and the surrounding area, ive tried using multiple different products mainly spot treatment for a month but it barely changed, the acne does clear up slightly once i stop bonesmashing for a few days but then i look boneless when i touch the acne it hurts so badly, does anyone know how to fix it
